South Carolina Lottery

The South Carolina Education Lottery as it is known was established in 2002. In addition to a variety of instant games as well as its own draw-based game, it provides access to Mega Millions and Lucky for Life as member of the Multi-State Lottery Association. As the name suggests, a sizeable proportion of ticket proceeds are donated to programs in education with almost $5 billion generated in its first year alone.
